New in 2025, we will be offering an Asset Management Coordinator service and potential a Field Collection Specialist service.

These professional service will be designed to assist municipalities drive their asset management program forward. Asset Management is a strategic initiative that requires time, effort and focus to be successful. With most existing municipal managers fully occupied it is difficult to make asset management a priority and it often becomes a “backburner” project, never really gaining traction.

This service offering is designed to give clients a focused, trained and motivated asset management coordinator, with the costs split between multiple municipalities. We approach our services with a staff augmentation service mentality; this offering would be a part of your team, working with the CAO and managers (primarily Finance and Public Works manager) to ensure that asset management program is progressing.
